Shipping & Return Policy

Abu Dhabi and Dubai

We aim to ensure your plants and tools spend minimal time in transit. Our third-party courier will take charge of shipping. As soon as your plants or tools leave our facility, you'll be alerted via WhatsApp or email, courtesy of our delivery partner, enabling you to track every step of their journey.

Please note, it's crucial to expect a delivery timeframe of 2-7 days. We're working at full speed to process orders swiftly, without compromising on the thoroughness of our packing. We're pushing boundaries to deliver your order well within this timeframe. Should any item be unavailable, expect prompt notification from us. Be assured, we're on it!

In Abu Dhabi and Dubai, we offer a standard delivery fee of AED 50 for all orders.

Other Emirates

Our delivery services extend to all other Emirates, with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 days. Should there be any instances where we are unable to deliver to your area, we will inform you well in advance.

Delivery fees in other emirates are a flat rate of AED 100.

Return Policy

Plants

We do not offer returns on plants unless they are damaged upon delivery. Please inspect your plants upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Tools

We have a 14-day return policy for tools, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@liveinsukoon.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
