Orders and Shipping

- Abu Dhabi and Dubai: AED 50 for all orders.
- Other Emirates: AED 100.
6. How long does delivery take?
- Abu Dhabi and Dubai: 2-7 days.
- Other Emirates: 3-10 days.
7. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a notification via WhatsApp or email from our delivery partner, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
Returns and Refunds
8. What is your return policy?
- Plants: We do not offer returns on plants unless they are damaged upon delivery.
- Tools: We have a 14-day return policy for tools. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

10. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
