Orders and Shipping

  • Abu Dhabi and Dubai: AED 50 for all orders.
  • Other Emirates: AED 100.

6. How long does delivery take?

  • Abu Dhabi and Dubai: 2-7 days.
  • Other Emirates: 3-10 days.

7. How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a notification via WhatsApp or email from our delivery partner, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

8. What is your return policy?

  • Plants: We do not offer returns on plants unless they are damaged upon delivery.
  • Tools: We have a 14-day return policy for tools. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

9. How do I start a return?

10. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
